要約、抄録、注釈等 Based on an international conference held in 2018, this book explores the growing backlash by resident populations around the world against excessive numbers of tourists in their countries, arriving by cruise ship or airplane: an urgent issue that may be reframed as a larger need to reform globalization. Overtourism is closely connected to advances in mass mobility technology, growing wealth in former developing nations, and ever-faster connectivity and the 'right' to free mobility and permeability between nations.
